Design Feasibility Studies – Providing sketch design proposals and working with client and local authorities to ascertain what may be achievable on a particular project

Planning Advice– Advising on relevant local authority planning requirements for the location/type/design of building

Planning Negotiations – Negotiating with the relevant planning authority/highways authority etc on behalf of a client to achieve a successful outcome for a planning application

Full construction drawings – –  Completing drawings for project suitable to obtain Building Regulations approval and to enable a builder to complete the project

Planning Application – Producing drawings and completing/collating all documentation necessary to submit an application to the relevant local authority to obtain Town and Country Planning approval

Building Regulations Applications – Producing detailed drawings, obtaining information from necessary specialists and submitting all information to the local authority Building Control department to obtain Building Regulations approval
